Our Cadre
Our organization brings together experienced professionals from Special Operations, Tactical Law Enforcement, Human Performance, and competitive shooting to deliver structured, outcome focused training and advisory services.
Every request we receive is unique, and we treat them as such. Experience has shown us that we are stronger together and that no one person can be an expert in every domain. Each course request is assessed in detail to assign instructor pairings that deliver the highest standard of instruction to end users whose lives could one day depend on it. We pride ourselves on accepting only the training requests we feel truly confident we can deliver at the high standard we would expect for ourselves if we were the paying clients.
The Credentials Fallacy
Qualifications do not necessarily equate to competence. Credibility is not granted or stumbled upon. It is earned by identifying goals and consistently following through with the deliberate actions required to achieve them. Not only are we passionate about our craft, but we also acknowledge that the art of instruction is a skill in and of itself. Every client is an opportunity to assist the individuals who keep our communities safe — a privilege and a responsibility we do not take lightly.
Professionalism and Confidentiality
We will never share anything about our clients, their personnel, or their facilities without explicit consent. Just as we respect the privacy of our clients, we respect the privacy of our cadre. While we do not publish the identities and backgrounds of our instructors online, the CVs of prospective staffing assignments are available for review with agency personnel upon request.
